Holistic Health Coaching empowers clients to make lasting behavior and lifestyle changes that are the foundation for optimal health, and well-being. 30 minutes $75, 1 hour $150, Weekly $275 (2+hours & daily contact). Our Holistic Health Coaching helps support the “ whole person” - Spirit, Body, and Mind - approach to wellness in by discovering ways to successfully implement healthy lifestyle habits across these three dimensions into their unique lives.
