Service Description

These more intensive sessions are for those who need the most care. We use relational intervention, and proven stress reduction techniques to restore your " Rest and Digest " Parasympathetic Nervous System from the heightened " Fight or Flight " Sympathetic state. Access your Superpower when the only way out is through. Suggested sessions are as follows: 2 one-hour sessions, two times per week. $150/week. Nancy Hamm, CPT, SNS
