Absolutley not! Our desire is to serve the community as a whole.
What do you mean by "Spiritual Coaching?""

We believe God introduces Himself to us on a very personal level. He desires to "meet you" right where you are at. We are honored to join you on this very personal and inimate journey of exploration. God never forces Himself on anyone, neither will we.
Do you offer a sliding fee scale?

Are you a gym?

Our studio has minimal gym equipment as we prefer outdoor, greenspace fitness. We do have weights, and train you in functional fitness that you can easily maintain at home. We also practice the concepts of Essentrics which simutaneously lengthens and strengthens to maintain flexibility AND strong muscles, which also allows maximum benefits of your fascia (head to toe connective tissue) which further enhances functional movement for life!
